Tip no.2 do not have coffee long in your mouth, just drink fast so it will not be in contact with your teeth for long period of time.

This one is simple. Fruit and veggies are good for your overall well being and health. This is true for you teeth too. Dr. Glosman says that eating nuts, raw carrots, apples, and cauliflower can help keep your teeth clean by removing surface stains and plaque that leads to cavities.
